Senior Manager - Continuous Improvement and Risk Management

About the role

Escalate risks, issues, and decisions appropriately. Governance & Reporting Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms. Risk & Issue Management Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. Resource & Financial Management Coordinate resources across functions and teams.

What you'll do

• Work across multiple business functions to drive accountability, manage stakeholders, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget
• Responsible for continuous improvement and risk management, including identifying process inefficiencies, removing non-value-added activities
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of organisational initiatives from initiation through to closure
• Define exercise scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
• Develop and maintain detailed plans, document progress towards meeting objectives and schedules
