Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

About the role

The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing owns how more of the right people discover Sarvam, try it, activate, and become long-term users. This is an end-to-end growth role spanning acquisition, developer adoption, conversion, lifecycle, and experimentation. The mandate is to build growth engines that compound, across search, content, community, paid channels, product-led loops, and the product funnel itself.

What you'll do

• Own the growth funnel. Own the journey from discovery → signup → first successful API call → habitual usage → paid conversion → team expansion. Understand where users…
• Drive acquisition. Grow high-quality acquisition across search, content, community, paid search, paid social
• Grow developer adoption. Increase API usage and open-weight model adoption. Work closely with Product and DevRel on documentation, technical content, developer journeys
• Improve activation and onboarding. Reduce the time between signup and first value. Design onboarding, lifecycle communication, product nudges
• Drive conversion. Continuously improve landing pages, signup flows, pricing journeys, paywalls
