Senior Manager, Insight & Analytics (US and Global)

About the role

As part of Regeneron's first Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics (US & Global Immunology) to lead a high-performing team supporting Commercial Insights & Analytics initiatives.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for DTC/P Analytics, Customer & Market Insights, and Competitive Intelligence activities
• Build and scale capabilities across DTC/P Analytics, Customer & Market Insights, and Competitive Intelligence within the Hyderabad GCC
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, prioritization, and quality oversight while supporting team development in a matrixed environment
• Establish operating norms, workflows, governance practices, and analytics standards for the GCC
• Collaborate with Associate Directors and cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation, standardization, and standards
