About the role

Reporting into the Group HR leadership team, the incumbent will be responsible for driving both compensation strategy and execution across the organization.

What you'll do

• Designing and evolving compensation frameworks aligned with business and talent objectives
• Managing salary structures, incentive plans, bonus programs, and equity/ESOP frameworks
• Conducting market benchmarking, compensation surveys, and competitive pay analysis
• Supporting annual and mid-year compensation review cycles, including increments, promotions, and variable payouts
• Partnering with Talent Acquisition teams on compensation fitments and offer structuring
