About the role

The Leader of Total Rewards is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing INDUS total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition. This role ensures alignment with business strategy and compliance with legal standards.

What you'll do

  • Develop and lead INDUS total rewards philosophy and strategies aligned with firm’s overall goals
  • Design and manage compensation structures, including leadership pay
  • Oversee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on market trends and internal analytics
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts

What you need
