Senior Manager, Total Rewards

About the role

This role manages compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations. Exercises significant discretion in setting and interpreting compensation and benefit programs based on expert understanding of external practices. Additionally, this role drives the design and delivery of competitive total rewards programs that support talent attraction, retention, engagement, and organizational objectives.
