Senior Marketplace New Business Development Manager

About the role

As a Senior Manager, Partner Onboarding, you will lead and develop a team responsible for delivering consistent and high-quality onboarding support for Target Plus partners. This is primarily a people and operations leadership role , focused on building team capability and running a scalable, high-performing onboarding operation.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of onboarding professionals, with clear expectations around performance, quality, and partner experience
• Own day-to-day operations including workload management, capacity planning, SLA adherence, backlog, and partner follow-ups
• Ensure consistent execution of onboarding playbooks, processes, quality standards, and escalation paths
• Use onboarding expertise to coach the team on the work , identify capability gaps, and drive learning and training to strengthen team performance
• Monitor onboarding performance, including SLAs, quality, NPS/PSAT, and operational metrics , and proactively identify risks, delays
