Senior Payroll Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Payroll Executive to own the end-to-end execution and compliance of our global payroll operations. In this role, you will drive our payroll delivery, managing everything from complex pre-calculations and ad-hoc adjustments to seamless collaboration with international stakeholders and local host-country vendors.

What you'll do

• Responsible to perform all pre-calculations (Bi-weekly, Monthly Arrears, OT, Maternity Calculations, Statutory deductions contributions etc...)
• Processing all ad-hoc payments with all necessary approvals in timely manner tracking for necessary adjustment in following month payroll
• Responsible for tracking, handling coordinating inputs with various stakeholders based across the Globe. Coordination with Payroll Vendors in Host Country
• Handle Payroll Queries, Stakeholder Queries, Exit employee Queries in effective timely manner thru designated Mailboxes
• Ensure 100% accuracy timely deliverables of payroll

What you need

• 5–6 yrs of experience

• Workday
• Tally
• Any graduate
