Senior People and Talent Officer, Bangalore

About the role

This role is a hybrid role across key Talent Acquisition and People and Talent responsibilities. The role will work closely with the global people and talent team, with the Client Director in India, the Gate One India team and the India Havas team.

What you'll do

• Capture from the India Client Director and other relevant SLT leaders globally, the external hiring (and any Associate/Contractor requirements)
• Be the first point of contact for recruitment candidates and recruitment agencies
• Support permanent recruitment processes, including co-drafting of job descriptions, coordinating with recruitment partners
• Manage candidate progress through the recruitment process via the online Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure interview notes are properly recorded and saved onto…
• Using the ATS, report weekly on recruitment activity and progress and escalate any risks or problems
