Senior Product Manager

About the role

Dynamics 365 and Power Platform depend on a core data platform that manages business data, transactions, security, extensibility and application lifecycle at enterprise scale. As customers modernize applications and adopt AI, the platform keeps data governed, available and economically sustainable, with the controls enterprise business systems require.

What you'll do

• Own product strategy, roadmap and outcomes for the F&O administrator experience and self-service workflows, grounded in user research, service signals and support insight
• Define the experience for understanding service health, data and environment status, and the actions available to keep business operations dependable
• Translate platform governance policies into administrator controls and lifecycle workflows that help customers understand usage
• Set product requirements for availability, performance, observability, compatibility, administrator control and successful task completion
• Use customer discovery, support insight and product evidence to identify administrator needs and prioritize reusable platform improvements with engineering
