About the role

Looking for candidates with 4–8 years of experience in production support within the banking domain, with exposure to Structured Finance / Lending platforms (e.g., LoanIQ or similar). Ensure stability, availability, and resilience of structured finance platforms across front, middle, and back office systems

What you'll do

• Ensure stability, availability, and resilience of structured finance platforms across front, middle, and back office systems
• Own and manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets with full accountability for SLA adherence and business impact
• Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes in collaboration with development teams
• Drive automation, monitoring improvements, and continuous efficiency gains to reduce manual effort and enhance platform reliability
• Work closely with business and cross-functional teams with clear ownership and proactive communication
