Senior Sales Manager

About the role

As Senior Sales Manager, you will own the growth of Sakar's cleaning robotics business across institutional, commercial and industrial markets. You will be responsible for building relationships, creating demand, developing strategic accounts, driving pilots and converting them into scalable deployments.

What you'll do

• Develop the market across Facility Management companies, professional cleaning companies and large institutional customers
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across FM, housekeeping, operations, procurement, administration and facility leadership
• Leverage your existing network in the FM and cleaning ecosystem to create high-quality opportunities
• Identify customer environments where robotic cleaning can deliver measurable operational value
• Lead customer discussions from first conversation → site assessment → solution proposal → demo/pilot → commercial negotiation → closure → deployment
