Senior Specialist - HR Payroll

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-ownership professional to lead our end-to-end payroll processing and core HR operations. In this role, you will act as the primary owner for payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and day-to-day employee lifecycle operations.

What you'll do

• Payroll & Compensation Management (Primary Focus)
• Manage statutory compliance end-to-end, including accurate calculation, timely deduction, and filing of Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI)
• Prepare and submit statutory returns, coordinate annual tax declaration verification, collect investment proofs, and issue annual Form 16s
• Compute and process final settlements (Full & Final / F&F) for exiting employees within stipulated timelines, including gratuity, encashment, and statutory recoveries
• Reconcile monthly payroll registers, bank transfer statements, and general ledger (GL) entries in coordination with the Finance and Accounts teams
