About the role
We are looking for an experienced Moodle LMS Administrator & Support Specialist to configure, maintain, and support our learning platform. The ideal candidate combines hands-on Moodle knowledge with PHP familiarity, strong troubleshooting ability, and reporting skills using Power BI.
What you'll do
- Configure and manage courses, categories, users, roles, and enrollments in Moodle
- Maintain site settings, plugins, and platform updates
- Upload and manage learning content and activities
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Diagnosing and resolve platform, login, access, and configuration issues
