About the role

As the Sr Talent Acquisition (Domestic), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our talent acquisition and management strategies. You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to drive organizational growth and success. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of talent management best practices.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans
• Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various levels and functions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on effective hiring strategies
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Build and promote the employer brand to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice
