What you'll do

• Collaborate with Hiring Partner(s) and Manager(s) to: understand service area and recruiting needs
• Create a comprehensive networking and sourcing plan, conduct behavioral based and technical interviews
• Research current recruiting trends; modify sourcing plans, processes, expectations as needed
