Senior Technical Business Analyst: Credit & Fixed Income

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery and continued enhancement of Smartflow and the asset management platforms it integrates with. You will work closely with credit and operations stakeholders, product owners, engineering and AI teams, clients and technology partners to translate complex credit workflows into clear, buildable technical and functional requirements.

What you'll do

• Translate credit events such as onboarding, drawdowns, amendments, repricings, covenant testing and agency notices into detailed system requirements
• Define field-level requirements, validation rules, business rules and confidence thresholds for Smartflow's extraction workflows
• Conduct current-state and future-state analysis and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, accuracy and control
• Act as the bridge between business users, product owners, engineering and AI teams
• Translate business and credit requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
