About the role

We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on HR Business Partner who can support our SMB business in building high-performing teams. This role will anchor Performance Management, Learning & Development, and People Analytics , while driving culture, programs, and org effectiveness.

What you'll do

  • Partner with SMB business on org design, talent planning, and people strategy
  • Lead Performance Management cycles , OKR alignment & continuous feedback culture
  • Drive Learning & Development programs, skills-gap analysis & capability building
  • Own People analytics —attrition insights, engagement metrics, productivity dashboards
  • Solve org challenges using data-driven insights & leadership partnership

What you need

  • 6–8 yrs of experience
