Social Impact Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Social Impact, the Social Impact Manager will lead delivery of Everpure’s social impact programs in India and the APJ (Asia-Pacific Japan) region. In this role, you will own the delivery of India CSR grantmaking and APJ-wide employee giving, volunteering and strategic grants, collaborating with volunteer champions to adapt our global frameworks to make a measurable difference in the communities where we work.

What you'll do

• Manage the annual CSR cycle, including CSR Committee and Board reporting inputs, annual CSR report content, unspent-funds tracking and the March 31 spend deadline
• Manage grantee relationships, grant execution and impact tracking
• Activate APJ Employee Engagement: Serve as the primary social impact contact for APJ, working with Pure Good Leadership Councils
• Adapt the Pure Good Center of Excellence model for the region, feeding lessons back into the global model
• Represent Pure Good in the Region: Act as a trusted advisor to APJ leaders on how social impact supports talent, customer and brand priorities
