Specialist, Benefits Delivery at McDonald's. In addition to following McDonald's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to.

What you'll do

• Administer U.S. benefit plans , including retirement/401k , health, insurance, COBRA, LTD, expat, and consultant/leased-employee processes
• Resolve eligibility, enrollment, contribution, rehire, transfer, leave of absence , termination, and service-credit issues
• Review payroll edits, exceptions, adjustments, and data discrepancies for timely correction
• Support annual plan activities, reporting, census review, funding coordination, and participant searches
• Maintain accurate records and improve benefits processes, compliance, and employee experience
