Specialist HRIS Analyst - APAC Payroll

About the role

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll reporting, and HRIS data management across the APAC region. You will work closely with HR, Finance, external payroll vendors, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations, compliance with local regulations, and a positive employee experience.

What you'll do

• Regional Payroll Processing, Reporting and Compliance
• Own end-to-end payroll processing across APAC region
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and salaries are paid on time
• Review and validate payroll inputs such as new hires, exits, salary revisions, bonuses, and deductions
• Manage full and final settlements for exiting employees

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
• HRMS

• B.Com or MBA or M.Com
