What you'll do

• Independently manage sourcing, screening, and interview coordination and offer negotiation for
• Ensure process compliance, maintain ATS workflows, coordinate stakeholders, and support
• Track recruitment metrics, leverage ATS effectively, and support data-driven hiring decisions
• Ensure consistent candidate engagement, strengthen employer branding, and improve candidate
• Experience across hiring stages
