Specialist - Trade Support at Havas. Validate trade booking accuracy across T0 affirmation platforms; referencing broker confirms, electronic feeds and Order Management Systems.

What you'll do

• Validate trade booking accuracy across T0 affirmation platforms; referencing broker confirms, electronic feeds and Order Management Systems
• Resolve mismatches, discrepancies and missing trades on T0 in collaboration with onshore teams, PMs, Traders and Counterparties
• Ensure books and records reflect the executed trade economics
• Perform daily control checks: completeness, accuracy, duplicate detection and other booking controls
• Work closely with Onshore Trade Support, Middle Office, Funds Finance, Traders and PMs

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• Excel
• Statistics
• Root cause analysis
• VBA
• SQL
• Python
• B.Com or BBA or B.Sc or BA or MBA or CFA

Good to have

• CFA
