Specialist - UI / UX Web Designer

About the role

The company designs, manufactures, markets and services a broad range of products for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration markets (HVACR). The company sells its products and services directly, as well as through distributors, and Company-owned stores. We started our operations in India in Chennai in 2010.

What you'll do

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Design and deliver visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, product managers, product management and marketing team
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms

What you need
