Sr. Business Analyst – Real Assets

About the role

As a valuable member of our Product team, you will work closely with Product Managers, business and client stakeholders, and technology teams supporting our Property Services business. In this role, you will act as a key link between business and technology teams, helping translate business and client needs into clear functional requirements for application development and enhancements.

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for technology teams
• Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify business requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with agreed functional requirements
• Document current-state processes and define future-state requirements, identifying functional gaps and opportunities for application enhancements
• Assist Product Managers with feature evaluation, prioritization, product enhancements, and ongoing product lifecycle activities
• Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue analysis, requirement validation, and post-implementation activities
