Sr. Business System Analyst, Compensation

About the role

The People Technology Team helps to deliver and facilitate strategic technology projects within the People Team. This role will be focused on supporting our People Technology function as we continue to optimize the advancement of our organization. We’re looking for Sr. Business System Analyst, Compensation to help us scale Wolt + DoorDash’s enormous growth.

What you'll do

• Work cross-functionally to achieve business goals through system configuration, testing and documentation
• Partner with Total Rewards to translate compensation strategy (base pay, bonus, equity, allowances) into scalable Workday configuration
• Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate downstream processing of compensation changes
• Provide global production analysis and support (break/fix analysis, reporting, business process administration, etc.) for Compensation
• Troubleshoot and resolve compensation-related issues, working cross-functionally with HRBPs and Payroll

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• HRMS
• Workday
• Payroll
• Regression testing
• B.Sc or BA or BBA
