Reporting- Manager- Retention Marketing (CRM)

What you'll do

• Partner with the Growth/Marketing team to implement retention strategies across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, retention
• Work with cross-functional teams (content, design, growth, analytics, risk, product, tech, telesales) to ensure seamless execution
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to analyze user personas and identify opportunities to enhance user journeys
• Implement and execute retention marketing journeys in alignment with the department's strategies
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns while continuously optimizing for performance and engagement

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• CRM

• Any graduate
