Sr Manager - RCM Services

About the role

AGM – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is responsible for overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle operations, ensuring optimal financial performance, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. The role involves leading large teams across functions such as patient access, eligibility and benefits verification, medical billing, payment posting, accounts receivable (AR), denial management, appeals, and collections.

What you'll do

• Oversee end-to-end RCM operations, ensuring adherence to contractual service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality standards
• Manage multiple RCM functions, including eligibility verification, charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, denial management
• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve productivity, turnaround time, accuracy, and overall revenue realization
