What you'll do

• Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to case escalation and resolution while ensuring high-quality customer support
• Develop and maintain knowledge management resources, training materials, tutorials, videos, and technical documentation
• Participate in product rollouts, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), dealer training
