What you'll do

Aligns the value stream's work to enterprise strategy, priorities, and planning cycles
Owns portfolio-level investment decisions, lean budgets, and funding guardrails
Governs intake and prioritization of epics / initiatives across value streams via the Portfolio Kanban
Manages cross-value-stream dependencies, sequencing, and trade-offs
Partners with the Value Stream Owner and Business Owners on funding, priorities, and value cases
