Sr UX Designer II

About the role

As the Senior UX Designer you will be working on a number of key product areas; the main focus will be on the Editor Relationship Management System and its related Editor Portal, which are hosted on Salesforce and Salesforce Experience Cloud. You will own the design end-to-end, manage complex UX challenges, and deliver UI specifications.

What you'll do

• Collaborate closely with the entire project team — Product, Engineering, and stakeholders — to develop a comprehensive understanding of the project scope
• Review existing provision and develop new consolidated information architecture and flows based on core user tasks; user testing and iterating with regular user feedback
• Understand and map current editorial workflows, identify pain points, and design solutions that improve usability and support smoother workflow transitions
