Subcontractor at Birlasoft. Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for assigned JRs: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.

What you'll do

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for assigned JRs: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding
• Source candidates through multiple channels (Job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, direct sourcing)-
• Screen profiles against JD, skill requirements, grade, location, and budget alignment
• Coordinate L1/L2 interviews in SuccessFactors and ensure timely feedback closure
• Ensure adherence to interview governance (assessor eligibility, duplicate prevention, mandatory feedback)
