About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, configuring, and implementing SAP SF Reporting solutions, and supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Serve as a technical team lead for SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics implementation and AMS projects
- Lead project teams in business transformation and managed services engagements within the SAP domain
- Facilitate workshops to gather and analyse requirements in RTM and Reports/Dashboard inventory
- Deliver key project artifacts including Workbooks, functional specifications, and test scripts (unit and integration) aligned with business needs
- Act as a liaison with onsite coordinators, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
