What you'll do

• Develop and consolidate demand forecasts for workplace services, standard hardware, special purpose devices and accessories in close collaboration with Product Owners
• Support budget and forecast planning, monitor actuals, commitments, open orders and remaining demand, and provide transparent financial reporting and variance analysis
• Monitor and report on budget consumption throughout the year
• Request price quotations, create and manage Purchase Requisitions and coordinate Purchase Orders for services and hardware in the SAP environment
• Create and manage procurement requests in the relevant external country-specific portals, such as the HP Portal and the ACSL B2B Portal
