Talent Acquisition- Business & Sales Hiring

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Business and Sales hiring and be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple levels and locations.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Business and Sales roles, from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding
• Partner closely with business and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
• Source and attract candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other sourcing channels
• Handle high-volume, bulk, and niche hiring requirements while ensuring quality and timely closures
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on experience, skills, compensation, location, and overall role fit
