Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Lead – IT to independently manage end-to-end global IT recruitment delivery . This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for understanding customer requirements, sourcing through multiple channels, managing interviews, closing offers, and conducting weekly status connects with global customers.

What you'll do

• Engage directly with global customers to understand hiring needs
• Translate requirements into actionable sourcing strategy
• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to offer closure
• Ensure SLA adherence and fulfillment targets
• Sourcing & Pipeline Management
