Talent Acquisition Lead - Sales/ GTM

About the role

A senior advisory seat, not a coordination role. You will own Sales and GTM hiring end to end - advising leadership on the market, shaping every search, and closing the candidates who will build the revenue organisation. You will set the bar and the strategy, not just run the process. What you should have?

What you'll do

• Set the bar and the strategy, not just run the process
• Advise Sales and GTM leadership on talent strategy: market mapping, role design and where to hunt
• Own your TAM - know where Sales/GTM talent sits, what moves it, and build pipelines before you need them
• Drive compensation strategy on offers: position, negotiate and close in a competitive market
• Run full-cycle searches from calibration to close, holding a high bar at real pace

What you need
