What you'll do

  • Works closely with ABC business units HR team to ensure 100% adherence to Manpower Budget vs Actual
  • Optimize Hiring Source Mix as per the agreed grid
  • Adhere to the Infant Attrition grid along with agreed Diversity Hires as a % of overall HC budget
  • Adhere to TAT for sourcing till offer release with onboarding
  • HR Compliance (Process Adherence)
