Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes. Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset. We're looking for someone who has: Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition operations and recruitment coordination activities Opportunities to work in a business services organisation Professional exposure in the logistics department

What you'll do

• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records and ensure data accuracy
• Track recruitment metrics such as open positions, interview status, offer acceptance, and onboarding progress
• Generate weekly and monthly hiring dashboards and reports
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation requirements
