What you'll do

• Collaborate with vendors, agents and internal stakeholders to acquire mainly engineering talents for India and US
• Execute hiring strategies aligned with business requirements
• Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined SLA/TAT timelines
• Manage Internal communication such as promotion of referral program
• Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives

What you need
