Talent Acquisition Sourcer

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE). This role will support our global hiring needs across all functions on the business. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building strong pipelines of qualified talent across functions such as technology, engineering, and other corporate functions.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for career opportunities across multiple business and global regions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs within technology (software, PMO, product, etc), engineering (manufacturing, quality, etc)
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, professional networks, referrals, and industry associations
• Conduct candidate outreach and engagement campaigns to generate interest
• Perform candidate screening and qualification conversations to assess experience, skills, availability, and location alignment
