Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various Tech & Non-Tech functions including Sales, Customer Support etc. We are looking for someone who can drive hiring, not just coordinate hiring- someone who can influence hiring managers with data-driven approach, negotiate with candidates, solve bottlenecks and take ownership until the position is closed.

What you'll do

• Own the full recruitment cycle from understanding hiring needs, sourcing, screening, scheduling, to final onboarding
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, success profiles, and interview strategies
• Leverage job portals ( Naukri, LinkedIn , etc.), internal referrals, social platforms
• Maintain candidate databases, dashboards, and trackers. Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the process. Support offer negotiation, documentation
