Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Country HR Manager (India), in driving and executing the company’s talent acquisition and talent acquisition and talent management strategies. Candidates with experienced in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management with Manufacturing and IT Domin is preferred.

What you'll do

• Responsible to support the implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies to attract-high-quality candidates
• Responsible to monitor and ensure the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes are in place
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and various recruiting channels
• Build and maintain top notch agencies for niche positions hiring
• Responsible to provide guidance on talent acquisitions best practices and ensure smooth collaborations with Country Human Resources
