About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to independently manage end-to-end recruitment across retail and corporate functions. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, headhunting, candidate assessment, recruitment operations, and talent pipeline development .

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end recruitment across retail and corporate functions
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring plans
• Manage recruitment for retail roles including Style Consultants, Store Managers, Cluster Heads, Customer Experience, and other store positions
• Drive corporate hiring across Finance, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Merchandising, Category, Business Planning, HR, and Administration
• Develop strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and direct sourcing
