About the role

This white-glove solution combines proprietary machine learning technology that automatically extracts data from Private Funds documents and human-in-loop review to validate any documents that fail to pass confidence and data quality checks.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of Analysts & Senior Analysts ensuring effective work allocation, timely delivery
• Act as a Subject matter expert & support the team on complex document processing
• Guide and oversee the team in troubleshooting complex Private Fund statement processing exceptions
• Perform quality reviews and assist the team in modifying incorrectly extracted data
• Track and drive key team performance metrics, including SLA compliance, processing accuracy, and throughput

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
