About the role

E1.1 (Accounts Receivable – Order to Cash Leadership) We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Leader with 6-8 years of experience in the BPO industry to manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and process expertise to drive collections efficiency, cash flow optimization, and service delivery excellence.

What you'll do

• Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a key interface with clients and internal stakeholders; provide governance updates and drive issue resolution
• Performance Reporting & Insights: Track KPIs such as DSO, aging, collection efficiency; provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and digital transformation in O2C processes
