What you'll do

• Lead and support a small RTR team, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality service delivery
• Manage month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting
• Review account reconciliations, financial results, and inventory-related transactions for compliance and accuracy
• Oversee inventory accounting processes, including production settlements, actual costing, inventory valuation, and allocation activities
• Monitor and analyze inventory volume drivers, purchase price variances (PPV), and production cost variances
