• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from pre-screening to offer negotiations and hiring documentation
• Engage in reference checking and maintain a thorough understanding of the hiring needs
• Develop and manage a talent pipeline to proactively address business requirements and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
