About the role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Digitide Solutions Limited. The Team Leader will play a crucial role in guiding and motivating a team, ensuring high-quality performance, and driving sales and cross-selling initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of BFSI processes, and the ability to coach and develop team members.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance
• Drive sales, cross-sales, and upselling of products and services within the team, meeting set targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism
• Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and achieve business goals
