The role holder is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, developing digital solutions, conducting feasibility studies, redesigning processes, and exploring innovative technologies to drive business improvements and profitability This role requires a blend of analytical skills, IoT knowledge, and UI/UX to deliver user-centric solutions

What you'll do

• Execute discussions with the business to understand their requirements thoroughly. Analyse and map Business Requirement Definitions (BRD/FRD) for clarity and accuracy
• Assist in designing existing business processes using automation technologies (such as AI/ML). Execute strategies to increase efficiency, productivity
• Organize the implementation of business process re-engineering strategies. Utilize process modelling, data analytics
• Explore new methodologies and technologies for process innovation and seamless integration
